As a collector of vintage and antique glassware and a lover of all things that sparkle (jewelry in particular), my mixed media glass and jewelry art sprang forth from those two things and the desire to repurpose and rehome discarded items. I take donations of broken jewelry and single earrings, I scour the thrift stores for fun frames and vintage jewelry in addition to purchasing on such platforms as Facebook Marketplace. Almost everything I use in my art are fabulous upcycled items. I also love doing custom work where a grandmother’s beautiful brooch becomes a tangible memory on display rather than sitting in a jewelry box for no one to see.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and you’ll often find me taking classes and asking a multitude of questions of established artists of all mediums. Watch for new rabbit holes!
